 Post subject: Simulation- Avoid Unknown Propagation

GPRs (General Purpose Registers) and USRs (User Special Registers) are implemented without reset to save gate count. In the simulation, one would encounter unknown propagation problems by reading uninitialized GPRs/USRs. To solve this problem, these registers should be initialized to known values as:
V3m (N705, N801...)
