正常的情況下，第2次build code只會編譯曾改過的檔案，
曾經編過的檔案不會重編。
如果build code時總是編譯所有的檔案，
可能是refresh policy出錯。
下面說明改正的方法。
(1)在project上按右鍵，點擊選單上的properties.

(2)如圖上的做法，把原本的resource刪掉。
例如這裡，要把demo-int刪掉。使得resource為空。

(3)關閉project

(4)重新開啟project。
此時，refresh policy就恢復為正常的路徑。
先重build一次，以後就不會build所有的檔案了。
