If customer patch BSP 321 to AndeSight , the IntelJ3 building step is a lit different than before (before:http://forum.andestech.com/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=532). As:
Step1: Open cygwin terminal, change dir to IntelJ3 source code:

Step2: Change the Makefile_win, choose g++ compiler and specify the "BRANCH_NAME" & "COMMID_ID":
