 Post subject: Using d0/d1 register

If we want to use dx registers ( d0/d1 register ),
we should add the following option:
-mdx-reg use dx registers


If we don't want to use dx registers ( d0/d1 register ),
we should add the following option:

-mno-dx-reg don't use dx registers


$ nds32le-elf-gcc --target-help
This help menu shows the description of these 2 options.
