SR Encoding: System Register instruction encoding index. It is 10 bits. It is partitioned into 3 parts, Major, Minor, and Extension. The Major index is 3 bits. The Minor index is 4 bits.The Extension index is 3 bits. Attachment: The SRIDX is the System Register instruction encoding index.
